Terms of Use

These terms form the agreement between you and Unlocked London when you use our website and subscribe to the Unlocked London guide. Please read them before subscribing.

1. Who we are

Unlocked London is operated by Franceska Sulejmani, trading as Unlocked London. You can reach us at hello@theunlockedlondon.com.

2. What you get

A subscription gives you personal access to the Unlocked London guide: curated London restaurants, beauty addresses, deals, weekend escapes and events, with a content update published on the last day of each month. The guide is delivered as a web app you can add to your phone’s Home Screen.

3. Subscription, trial and price

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the Customer Portal linked inside the app. Full details, including your statutory right to cancel, are on the Subscription & Cancellation page, which forms part of these terms.

5. Your access code

After checkout you receive a personal access code linked to your subscription. It is for your own use. Publishing it, reselling it or sharing it publicly is a breach of these terms and we may suspend access. Access ends when your subscription is no longer active.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

7. Content and intellectual property

The editorial content, layout and branding of Unlocked London belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. Photographs may be supplied by third parties and remain the property of their respective owners; they are used to illustrate the category or venue and are credited where required by their licence. If you own an image and believe it is used incorrectly, write to hello@theunlockedlondon.com and we will remove or credit it promptly.

8. Accuracy and independence

Our recommendations are independent editorial opinion. Venues change their menus, prices, opening hours and ownership, and may close. Always check directly with a venue before travelling or booking. We are not a booking agent and are not responsible for your experience at a third-party venue.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates or third-party outages may cause temporary interruptions.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to subscribers by email at least 30 days in advance, and you may cancel before they take effect.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK or the EEA, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
